Ateneo de Naga University’s College of Science, Engineering, and Architecture (AdNU - CSEA) and College of Education (AdNU - COE) demonstrated its academic excellence in the recent licensure examinations held in March and April 2024, producing numerous successful candidates across engineering and education fields.

Electronics Engineers and Technicians

In the latest Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination (EELE) and Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination (ETLE), held on 11-12 April 2024, AdNU-CSEA produced 10 new electronics engineers and 11 new electronics technicians. 

The university's ECE passing rate stood at 50%, surpassing the national average of 42.49%. 

Additionally, the ECT passing rate was an impressive 84.62%, significantly higher than the national average of 71.67%. 

These successful candidates are part of the 1,330 ECE and 1,819 ECT passers nationwide.

Civil Engineers

AdNU-CSEA also saw remarkable success in the latest Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), held on 20-21 April 2024, with 21 new Ignatian civil engineers passing the exam.

The university tallied a 38.18% passing rate, while the national average is 39.27%.

The new Ignatian civil engineers belong to the 6,680 national passers.

Teachers

AdNU-COE's dedication to producing top educators was evident in the recent Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) held on 17 March 2024, where it produced 37 new Ignatian teachers: two elementary level and 35 secondary level.

The university achieved a 100% passing rate for first-time examinees at both the elementary and secondary levels.

Meanwhile, the overall passing rate for the secondary level is 79.55%. These passing rates surpass those of the national average, 47.01% and 58.78 % respectively.

The new Ignatian educators belong to the list of 20,890 elementary passers and 50,539 secondary passers.

Tradition, Excellence, Service

These achievements underscore AdNU's commitment to provide "excellent instruction and formation," as emphasized in the university's vision statement.

The Professional Regulation Commission, through its Boards of Electronics Engineering (BEE), Civil Engineering (BCE), and Professional Teachers (BPT) respectively, oversaw the conduct of the abovementioned licensure exams.
